Kang Hubiao, a Certified Engineer and International Project Manager with a PhD in Environmental Economics and Management from Chinese Academy of Sciences, has long served CMC and CNEE. After holding a number of senior management positions, Mr. Kang has gained abundant experience in corporate governance, strategic management, and international operation.
