Building a complete market network and development system has been an ongoing effort for many years. We provide consulting services on project design, tendering, management, supervision, and cost control throughout the life cycle of engineering projects. We have provided consultancy services for government departments and major clients including the China (Hainan) Technology Transfer and Commercialization Center, Xiong’an New Area, and Shanghai Chengtou Group Corporation.
