Liu Xu, with a bachelor’s degree in International Economic Cooperation from the University of International Business and Economics and certified economist with Economics Professional Qualification, has long been working in the CNTIC with rich experience in business management as well as the management of large contracted overseas projects. She previously served as general manager of the department of information communication and vice president of the CNTIC.
