Genertec International Executives Accompany Genertec Chairman to Attend China-Central Asia Summit Activities

On May 18-19, the China-Central Asia Summit was held in Xi’an, capital of central China’s Shaanxi Province. Genertec International’s Chairman Kang Hubiao, Vice President Wu Yi, and Chief Economist Liu Xu accompanied Genertec Chairman Yu Xubo to attend relevant activities on the sidelines of the summit.

Kang Hubiao accompanied Yu Xubo to attend the Kazakhstan-China Investment Roundtable, participated in the inauguration ceremony of the China-Central Asia Business Council, and spoke at a symposium. Wu Yi and Liu Xu joined partner CRRC Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. to hold a meeting with Marat Karabayev, Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and sign a cooperation agreement on railway equipment with Silkway Transit, Kazakhstan’s biggest freight operator. On May 19, Liu Xu attended the roundtable between Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Chinese entrepreneurs and discussed potential cooperation with Abdugani Sanginov, Chairman of the Board of JSC Uzbekgidroenergo and member of the Supreme Council of Uzbekistan, and Khusnutdin Khasilov, Chairman of the JSC Uzbekistan Railways. Other participants in the event included heads of relevant departments of Genertec International, China National Technical Import and Export Corporation (CNTIC), and China National Vehicle Import and Export Corporation (CVC).
