Genertec Africa’s Tanzania Rural Network Project Officially Begins

On December 9, the communication coverage project for Tanzania’s remote areas received the EPC contract advance payment and entered the implementation phase.

The project aims to improve people’s livelihoods, accelerate comprehensive and stable network coverage for Tanzania’s large rural areas, reduce the digital gap between urban and rural areas, and support the process of informatization and modernization in rural areas - all of which are the strategic goals of the country’s five-year development plan. The project’s completion will significantly improve the quality of network communication in rural areas, laying a solid digital foundation for Tanzania’s rural economy and social progress.

The Tanzania Rural Network Project, Genertec International’s third rural network coverage project, adds to the company’s experience in the African communication network construction market.
