Genertec Vehicles Hainan’s First Import of Remanufactured Transmissions Clears Customs in China

On November 15, Genertec Vehicles Hainan held a ceremony to mark the first import of remanufactured automotive transmissions. The event was attended by Yu Xiang, Deputy Director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce, as well as leaders from Market Supervision Administration of Hainan Province, Haikou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone Management Committee, Macun Port Customs, and other relevant units.

This is China’s first import of remanufactured automotive transmissions, demonstrating China National Vehicles’ full use of the advantages of a traditional foreign trade central enterprise, assisting in Hainan Free Trade Port’s high-level opening-up while actively exploring new business formats and models and developing new quality productive forces.
