Genertec International Leadership Attends Signing Ceremony of the EPC Framework Agreement for the Natural Gas Infrastructure Project at the Autonomous Port of Douala, Cameroon

On May 28, Zhang Fang, Director and General Manager of Genertec International, and Lu Weijun, Deputy General Manager of Genertec International, attended the signing ceremony of the EPC Framework Agreement for the Natural Gas Infrastructure Project at the Autonomous Port of Douala, Cameroon, concluded between GENERTEC CMC and Douala Port Power Corporate S.A.

During the ceremony, both sides conducted in-depth exchanges around project implementation schedules and follow-up cooperation plans, reaching extensive consensus on accelerating project execution and laying a solid foundation for efficient project implementation.

The signing of this EPC Framework Agreement marks a new milestone in bilateral cooperation on the Natural Gas Infrastructure Project at the Autonomous Port of Douala, Cameroon. Upon completion, the project will further upgrade infrastructure guarantee capacity of the Autonomous Port of Douala, improve the port area’s energy supply system and fuel local socio-economic development of Cameroon. It will also elevate the Company’s influence in China-Africa infrastructure cooperation and create favorable conditions for continuous regional market expansion and deeper international production capacity collaboration.
