Project for Yan’an Five-year Action Plan for Energy Saving

The Yan’an Project of the consulting company made a systematic analysis on the energy-saving situation in Yan’an, tapped the potential of energy conservation, and devised energy-saving plans for different sectors in the city, including energy, industry, transportation, construction, agriculture, rural development and public institutions. Supportive measures were also put in place. These efforts are aimed at contributing to the city’s vision of peaking carbon emissions by 2029.
