Global Tech-Transfer Hainan Center Project

The project is the 12th national technology transfer center guided and operated by Hainan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and also the only national technology transfer center led and market-oriented and operated by a central enterprise. It is an important incubation platform for Hainan's high-tech industry and a technology service platform that provides overall solutions for open innovation of large enterprises.
